Trip Itinerary

This action-packed tour takes you through the stunning stretch of coastline between Kaiteriteri and the iconic Split Apple Rock. It’s a compact area bursting with hidden coves, playful passages, and picture-perfect spots—ideal for first-timers, cruisy adventurers, and anyone keen to explore Tasman’s magic at a relaxed pace.

Your adventure kicks off at 8.30 am and 1:00 pm with a fun, friendly safety briefing designed to make kayaking feel effortless—even if you’ve never held a paddle before.

Because the tides shape the coastline from hour to hour, no two trips are ever the same. But we always aim to reach the legendary Split Apple Rock, where you’ll have time to cool off with a swim, wander the golden beach, or simply soak in the coastal beauty while we have a picnic on the beach.

Recharged and refreshed, we glide toward Ngaio Island and then cruise back into Kaiteriteri, returning at around 11.30 am and 4:30 pm—sun-kissed, salty, and smiling.

Please note: This itinerary is a general guide. Your experienced guide may adjust the route based on weather, sea conditions, and group ability to ensure the safest and most enjoyable adventure possible.
